Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

dirty cups missing juices

I encountered a few problems. The cups at dinner and breakfast were often not washed properly. Also the orange juice and apple juice advertised were missing. Only water and sour cherry juice were available. I also wouldn't recommend staying on the ground floor due to issues with electricity and air conditioning.

I encountered lots of staff, and they were friendly and happy to help with everything. The food selection bettered my expectations, and i enjoyed every plate. There was a shuttle bus to the beach, and it was always on time.

Lunch and dinner food options were great, and the food tasted great. The staff in the canteen always had a smile on their faces and were keen to help everyone all the time. The hotel food was tasty, with good drinks included.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep. fresh towels were available daily, and beach towels were available from the spa area. Rooms had good sound insulation and a beautiful view. I was satisfied.
