The resort is situated on 17 acres overlooking Keauhou Bay, Kona Country Club, and the Pacific Ocean. Nearby landmarks include Keauhou Shopping Center (1 km) and Keauhou-Kahalu'u Heritage Corridor (2 km). Kailua-Kona Town is nearby.
