the staff were very helpful . i was allowed an early check in. the shower was powerful and had hot water.

the breakfast option felt limited. there was no coffee machine available during breakfast.

The staff was always smiling and ready to help with directions or recommendations. i appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the hotel's central location made exploring very easy (i walked almost everywhere!). i found the breakfast to be simple, but satisfying.

the noise from the street was noticeable at times, especially in the early morning.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the center of miraflores and within walking distance of many things.

My room had no window to the outside. it only had a window to the hallway, so there was no privacy, the room was hot and humid, the hotel was also noisy. I could hear every guest and staff member. it was nearly impossible to get any sleep.
