Decent Hotel, Some Issues Present

The front desk staff seemed under-informed. I asked about local tours and facilities, but they struggled to provide accurate information (this was quite frustrating). the hotel's transport arrangements to the airport were problematic. They directed me to a taxi, which then argued with my Uber. (I felt pressured into using the hotel taxi, which wasn't ideal).

the breakfast buffet included many options, a great convenience. the pool area offered ample space to relax, i especially enjoyed the attentive service. the staff were very polite. the location was convenient to downtown and the airport, a huge advantage for my trip.

the wi-fi signal was occasionally spotty in some areas of the room, and i found this a bit frustrating when trying to stream.
