Casa Shelly Hospederia is 85 km from Jerez Airport. Other airports include Seville Airport (155km) and Malaga Airport (200km). Parking is available 250m from Casa Shelly. To arrive from Seville, take the AP4 towards Cadiz until Exit no 101, then follow the A48 to Algeciras. From Jerez Airport, take the A4 to the A48 to Algeciras. From Malaga, continue on the AP7 towards Algeciras, then the N340 towards Cadiz, which joins the A48 highway. Take Exit no 36 to Vejer. The eastern end of Vejer borders Trafalgar beach, where the lighthouse is located and where the famous naval battle of the same name took place in 1805.
Things to do
Casa Shelly is near the beaches of Costa de la Luz, including El Palmar (8km to the mouth of the Salado river in Conil), Zahora (3km long), and Caños de Meca (15km). The Marismas de Barbate park is located between La Barca de Vejer and the Atlantic. Los Alcornocales Natural Park is about 35km from Vejer, near Facinas.
