The hotel is situated in a new Cancun commercial district near Costco and Kabah Park. The front of the building features an unassuming residential facade. A simple barred gate opens to an exterior hallway that leads to the main floor and a spiral staircase to the second floor. Safety features include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, and window guards. This hotel suits travelers exploring the Riviera Maya via tours, returning in the evening for dinner and rest. They provide all the necessary information to make your stay is a pleasant one. The first door off the hallway leads to a fountain and the public bathrooms. The property offers a terrace and views of the garden. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
