Mediocre Stay with Service Issues

basic breakfastgluten-free options
I must say, the service wasnt great. I had breakfast included, but it was quite basic. If you wanted something nicer, it cost extra. It felt a bit like they were trying to squeeze more money from guests. Plus, I told them beforehand about my gluten intolerance. They had nearly no gluten-free options, only fruit and eggs. It was a frustrating experience.

Stylish design and good location

I found the room's design fine and thoughtful. Little touches. ALL staff were friendly and cute. I would stay here again for sure and recommend it!
The room was okay, but something happened at the end of the trip. I realised I had left something behind in the room, they stopped responding, a very unprofessional way to manage a hotel built on customer service.

acceptable locationnoise problemlate noise
the location was acceptable for walking around, i didn't need a taxi for most of my trip.
My room faced the inner courtyard, i could hear other guests talking loudly until late. The noise really bothered me when i wanted to sleep. i asked the front desk if they could do something, but nothing changed. it really affected my rest.
