Location and Access
Casa Cat Ba is located beachfront on Isla Holbox, Yucatan, Mexico, nestled in the village, right on the beach. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from restaurants, bars, and shops. Holbox is in the Yum Balam Ecological Reserve, surrounded by a lagoon of crystal-clear emerald water. The streets are white sand, with bicycles and golf carts as common transport. Casa Cat Ba is 200 km from Cancun. Holbox has its own airport with direct flights to and from Cancun Airport. Ferries run every half hour from Chiquilà to the island from 6 am to 9:30 pm.
