Carmo'S Boutique Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World provides rooms with custom-designed furniture. Accommodations include ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, a patio, soundproofed rooms, and garden furniture. Bathrooms include free toiletries. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV, carpeted or parquet floors, and an AM/FM alarm clock. Select rooms offer garden, lake, landmark, mountain, or pool views. The villa has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and tea/coffee maker. A Portuguese colonial-style luxury tent offers views over the Minho landscape and includes traditional iron beds with canopy, a private WC cabin, a hydromassage shower cabin, a TV, minibar, and personal safety deposit boxes.

The on-site restaurant serves Portuguese cuisine with organic products. Guests may grab to eat at the restaurant with garden view or order from 24-hour room service. A restaurant with terrace is also available. Tables are set next to the lake and reserved for meals.
