breakfast bag polite gentleman thin walls sound insulation

i received a lovely little breakfast bag upon arrival. the gentleman at the front desk was polite.

the walls were thin and i could easily hear people talking through them late at night. the noise made it difficult to sleep. i wish there was better sound insulation between the rooms.

the location was good and staff was friendly

the room was very small i felt claustrophobic the bed was terrible i could feel every spring the bathroom was old and moldy it was not a pleasant experience

boiler noise cracked basin

Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave me a light breakfast bag, that was acceptable.

The boiler made noise at night, this kept me awake. I also found a cracked basin in the shower, it was annoying. I did not enjoy that.
