Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel has 12 rooms, each decorated in a contemporary style. Rooms feature a bed fitted with organic hypoallergenic Alpaca duvets and pillows, custom-made chairs, and a private bathroom with a shower. The rooms include free toiletries, bathrobes, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and chocolate for guests. Some rooms offer city or inner courtyard views.

Dining Options

CARLOTA offers culinary experiences at the BISTRO, open to the public. A complimentary breakfast buffet for hotel guests is available from 6 AM to 10 AM. From Monday to Thursday there are weekday lunch specials and chef's suggestions based on seasonal products. Dishes include coconut ceviche, tagliatelle with wild mushrooms, and roasted guinea pig, paired with Ecuadorian and international wines. You can also have dishes and products for a fast bite, take out or for presents and souvenirs.
