Cara Lodge Hotel is situated in a colonial-style house originally built in the 1840s. Rooms include one queen bed, one king bed, or two full-size beds. Each room includes wood decor, a flat-screen cable TV with 72 cable channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Amenities include ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, a patio, and garden furniture. The Quamina Suite spans the entire width of the hotel and has high ceilings and hardwood floors. Select rooms offer city views.

The Bottle Restaurant features columns of English ballast bricks, displays of Dutch bottles, hardwood floors, and Portuguese ceramic floor tile. Traditional Amerindian pepper pot and Indian curry combine with fresh Caribbean spices and local seafood. Menus combine the best of Europe with Caribbean and Amerindian food.
