the hotel provided a very good breakfast option i found the rooms to be beautiful it was warm inside even though it was cold outside. the location was also great to start off with

the manager sent the luggage to the airport in a taxi i was charged 100 euros for the taxi driver. it was a nasty end to a lovely holiday there was no customer service on the hotels part

My room felt grand! I found a spacious bathroom. our room had a desk with two chairs. The rooftop let me watch hot air balloons. Breakfast included many choices. I liked it. The staff were friendly. helped me plan my days.

I wish there were more hooks for clothes in the room.

The hotel is a short walk from the town center, So shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The building has excellent terraces and patios. The pool area looked inviting. Staff arranged a hot air balloon tour for me.

The breakfast options were repetitive, I noticed this .

the manager charged for a taxi after luggage was left behind. i did not find bell boy service for luggage. there were hidden charges for taxes.

The location was ideal, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a satisfying variety (I especially liked the fresh fruit). The room was well kept and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The pool was smaller than I expected from the photos online. The gym equipment was a bit dated.
