The hotel features the restaurant "La Veranda" directly on the beach. Guests enjoy an American breakfast buffet at La Véranda from 6:15 AM to 9:30 AM daily. A beach restaurant with a wood terrace facing the sea serves Creole, French, and International cuisine. The team offers a menu with sandwiches, salads, French fries, and ice cream. The chef brings the island's scents of cinnamon, rum, sugar, and vanilla to the restaurant. Half-board is available with a 3-course menu including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Leisure and Activities
Canella Beach Hotel provides access to sea leisure activities. Guests can hike on its south side to the yellow mangroves of bamboos, with birds and crustaceans, following a root-filled track for about half an hour. Other sea activities include scuba diving, jet skiing, and windsurfing. The town of Gosier offers a diving center and catamaran outings. A path through the lobby leads to faded, multicolored three-story buildings overlooking a gated pool. Facilities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and paddling pool for children.

Canella Beach Hotel is just under 5 miles south-east of Pointe à Pitre, the capital of Guadeloupe, and 15 km from Pointe-a-Pitre Le Raizet Airport, 1 km from La Source de Poucet, 1.5 km from Plage de la Datcha, 1.5 km from Bas du Fort, 2.5 km from Perinet, 2 km from Ilet du Gosier and 2 km from Phare Du Gosier and Aquarium of Guadeloupe. La Soufriere, the volcano in Basse Terre, is 75 km from the hotel, about a 90-minute drive. The hotel is located near the accessible waterfall with a parking lot.
