The staff were nice enough. They seemed happy to HELP.

My room had NO windows, I was like I was in a bunker. The bathroom tiles were cracked. The shower barely WORKED. the fan did NOT work at all. The receptionist just shrugged and said, 'i got your point, sorry'.

the location provided easy access to public transport, with bus and tram stops close by. a supermarket nearby made it easy to get anything i needed. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the lady with curly hair. the breakfast offered was a good start to each day.

i noticed the plug sockets on either side of the bed were not working.

the room had several towels available. a refrigerator was available, very useful. the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

the location allowed a pleasant 40-minute walk to the city center through nice streets. various shops and cafes were near the hotel. access to bus lines was right in front of the hotel.

daily cleaning and fresh towels were offered by the staff. the front desk provided quick assistance. i found the hotel provided shower necessities and a hairdryer, all very helpful.
