The staff at reception were friendly, they upgraded me to a room upstairs without hesitation. the room had a water boiler plus tea bags, a great perk. i found the free parking very convenient. It made arrival and departure seamless.
The paper cups were quite small. We only received a few for the entire stay. i would have preferred larger, more durable cups.

the location is great, near main routes. the free parking was really convenient. i found the staff very helpful . the room had a microwave and fridge, something i didn't expect but certainly appreciated.
i did find the wi-fi signal a bit weak in my room.
