The staff offered really good service. I arrived early because of the length of my travel and asked for early check in! We were offered a coffee by the breakfast hostess as we waited for the receptionist. The hostess also told us how to get into the city center by bus. The bus to central is accessible!

There were only two pillows on the bed and they weren't great pillows. Hand towels were missing. Also there was no hair dryer at first. I got one the next day after I complained. The mattress felt very old!

the staff was really friendly upon my arrival! the room was clean and spacious. i also found the parking very convenient, especially since it was right on the hotel. i appreciated being able to park so close to the entrance!

the hotel is situated about a twenty-minute drive from the international pool! the area around the hotel was quiet. i also noticed that the hotel was easy to find once i arrived in the area.

i found the staff very friendly upon arrival. i was able to easily take a bus into the city center and several shops plus a lively pub were nearby. the room i had was clean and tidy when i checked in

i thought the hot water in the shower was inconsistent with temperature shifts , made it difficult to find a steady stream
