Select rooms have a seating area. Amenities in all rooms include heated tile floors in the bathroom with showers, cotton robes, cable TV, comfortable bedding, and local artwork. Room options include a king bed or a queen bed. Some rooms have a fireplace and jacuzzi. One wheelchair-accessible room is available. The Queen Suite, located outside the Inn on the lower level, has a queen sofa sleeper, a queen bed, and a living room.

Dining at Camano Bistro

Camano Island Inn provides a complimentary full breakfast daily, starting at 8:30 AM. The inn's restaurant, Camano Island Bistro, features local cuisine. Guests can choose between indoor and outdoor settings for dining. Room service is available. Special occasions can be accommodated for lunch and dinner by reservation at 3pm or 6pm for a duration of 3 hours each. Optional bar service available with extra charge per hour for 1 or 2 attendants. Kitchen rental fee applies for outside catering.
