the location near the river was convenient (i enjoyed the proximity to the waterfront). breakfast offered good variety. the staff seemed polite during my interactions.
the room i received was quite small. it felt smaller than i anticipated based on the price. there was a noticeable noise, likely from nearby equipment. it was audible when the window was opened.

The hotel location is great near the river, and it provides easy access to city attractions. i also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. It included a variety of fresh options. the hotel maintains rooms and common areas to a high standard (i really liked how clean everything was). the staff are polite. They are always ready to assist with any requests.
the mattresses were worn-out, and i sank into them. the hotel should consider replacing mattresses to ensure a better sleep experience. this would significantly improve comfort .

The location provided easy access to key attractions. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. I appreciated the friendly and respectful staff at reception, kitchen, and in service (they were always ready to help!).
Our room faced the back, near a hillside covered with false foliage. This meant very little natural light entered the room. The room felt stuffy, and we noticed fan noise when we opened the window.

mixed experience with some drawbacks

the location near the river was acceptable.
i had some issues. the room at the back of the hotel almost touched the hillside. a wall of false foliage enclosed the balcony so no natural light entered the room. it seemed like a basement. also, the room was stuffy, but we couldn't open the window because of fan noise at the rear of the building.
