Family Rooms with 2 bedrooms (32 sqm) have 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bath for 4 guests, with a furnished balcony or terrace. Annex Rooms (21 sqm) accommodate 2 guests and are located in the back area, accessible via an underpass with stairs. Rooms include satellite TV, radio, a mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, a direct telephone landline, and a furnished balcony or terrace. Bathrooms have a bathtub or shower, WC, bath amenities, and a hairdryer. Daily housekeeping is provided, with towel changes every other day and bed linen changes every third day. Baby cots are available upon request.

Cactus Beach features three restaurants. The main restaurant serves a Mediterranean breakfast buffet and a certified Greek breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner are also available, with show cooking options. Trattoria Romantica specializes in Italian cuisine, offering Italian delicacies in a wood and stone decorated indoor area. Taverna Paradise, located next to the beach, serves traditional Greek cuisine. Pizzeria Paradise offers pizza flavors next to the beach.

Cactus Beach offers multiple bars. Main Bar Mythos, next to the main restaurant, offers beverages and alcoholic drinks. Pool Bar Medousa is open from 10:00 to 23:30 and serves snacks and cakes during coffee time (15:00 - 16:00). Pool Bar Dolphin is open from 10:00 to 18:00 and offers beverages, snacks, and cakes next to the pools. Pool Bar Romantica is open from 10:00 to 23:00. The Beach Bar serves coffee, tea, cold refreshments, and alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 18:00.
Activities and Entertainment
Cactus Beach offers three freshwater swimming pools. Activities include darts, beach volleyball, water gymnastics, games, and karaoke. Evening entertainment includes dance shows, comedy nights, and Greek nights at the amphitheater. The hotel also has a mini club for younger guests (4-12 years old) with activities like face-painting, drawing, beach games, and themed fun days. A water park with waterslides and a refreshment bar is available (open seasonally, 10:00-18:00). The hotel also offers Cretan market once a week with local products and activities.
