It offers 28 remodeled cabins with camping, trees, green areas, and the Michol River. There are 4 sections of cabins: 15 cabins include private bathrooms, and 13 include a shared bathroom. Options range from mixed bunk beds for up to 4 people with shared bathroom outside the cabin, to single beds for up to 10 people with shared facilities, to double beds in a shared room with bathroom inside. Some rooms feature air conditioning and king-size beds. Rooms feature a fan, bottled water, soap, and towels; some include a safe box.

La Reina Roja restaurant is located in the Chiapas jungle, 3.5 km from the Palenque Archeological Site. The restaurant offers breakfast, drinks, lunch and dinner.
