i found the staff friendly. the concierge gave good dinner recommendations. the breakfast buffet include a substantial variety of pastries. the room had a comfortable bed and a great shower.

at check in, the guarantee cost two hundred fifty euro. i thought that was ridiculous. i also had to walk for 10 minutes to get to the city.

i found the reception team particularly helpful. rodrigo offered assistance throughout my entire stay. the room was excellent and it had a comfortable bed with great amenities. ottavio and indira, from the concierge team, provided recommendations and managed all our dinner reservations. they were instrumental in.

the breakfast area has chairs of a hotel-design, they were not comfortable for a relaxed breakfast.

the staff were great, especially the lady at reception who prepared sandwiches and cakes for my early departure. i found the location easily accessible to the downtown area. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good, maybe the cleanest hotel i ever stayed in.

i found the hotel clean. the staff, especially manager emily, were professional and approachable. i had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was tasty. i felt welcome throughout my stay. it is a lovely hotel.

The hotel charged an extra 20 percent for getting tickets to a local event. I find this a bit much.

The hotel room was large and the AC worked great, especially with the heat outside!

The breakfast was disappointing. I was expecting a better experience. There was no one to greet me, and when I ordered hard-boiled eggs, they seemed microwaved because the middles were cold.
