an okay hotel near the airport

friendly receptionist organic amenities high prices outdated decor

the receptionist was very friendly and made checkin quite easy. the rooms were nice and neat and offered great views of san josé. i liked the organic bathroom amenities, they seemed of good quality.

The hotel restaurant prices were too high. there was really nowhere else to eat near the hotel, i felt a bit trapped. the room decor felt outdated.

friendly staff beautiful grounds pleasant driver poor wifi food menu no air conditioning

the staff was friendly and helpful. edwin, the driver, was very pleasant. the grounds have beautiful flowers. the hotel offers a nice view to the valley.

the room did not have air conditioning. the wifi would cut out often. the food menu had a lot of items i don't eat. i didn't have any meat for breakfast.
