fantastic experience
clean room super staff great beach complimentary canoe
i found the recently renovated hotel rooms to be super clean. the facility offered helpful staff and a great clean beach. i spent a lot of my time by the pristine waters, such a treat. plus, the complimentary canoes were a nice touch!
There is no parking on the hotel.

renovated fitness room canoe availability seamless wi-fi room service
The hotel boasts a newly renovated fitness room with many equipment options. Complimentary canoes were available ! The wi-fi connection was seamless and fast. I could easily send my requests for any type of room service via the hotel's app.
The immediate surrounding area is not the best. retail space directly across the street is empty.

convenient downtown stay
central location helpful team lovely pools
the location is central to many shops and it was easy to walk to tourist attractions. the hotel team was helpful in answering questions and assisting with directions. i enjoyed the pools and the closeness to the beach (i could go for a swim anytime!).
the hotel was good, however, i found that i spent a long time waiting at the gift shop. i wanted to purchase items, but there was no staff around to assist. it was inconvenient, and staff at front desk did not help me.

the team was always available and very helpful. i found them to be kind, especially when providing directions and handling questions. the staff ensured all my requests were met promptly.

the hotel breakfast options were quite nice (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the poolside bar had great drink service along with some delicious food. i particularly enjoyed the convenient service.

the location was acceptable because it was near shopping.
The breakfast was really bad. The eggs tasted funky. the hotel levied a resort charge but did not specify what it covered. i heard diesel exhaust from the cruise ships frequently.

attentive staff helpful doormen super clean housekeeping
i found the staff attentive. even the doormen offered helpful suggestions regarding dining and transportation. housekeeping kept everything super clean.
the in-room tv channel options were somewhat limited.
