Summerlake King rooms include a king-size bed, small fridge, closet, flat panel TV, and dresser/desk. Summerlake 2 Bedroom Hotel Rooms feature a king bed, queen-size bed and full loft style bed, a restroom, a small fridge and microwave, a closet, and 2 flat panel TVs. Condo suites have one main suite in the center with a kitchen and king bedroom, with the option to rent up to two adjoining hotel-style guestrooms. Suites include a full kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a sofa sleeper, and a private deck or patio. Boat cottages are also available, featuring a full kitchen, big screen television, primary room with queen bed, secondary room with queen bed and full-size overhead bunk, and a living room pull-out sofa.

The Waterfront American Grille offers steaks, seafood, salads, and gourmet crêpes, and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bracco World Café & Beach Bar serves Caribbean-inspired dishes and cocktails, with live music on weekends during the summer. The Pickled Parrot Cantina, located inside Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark, features pizza, burgers, slushies, chicken strips, cheese balls, and ice cream.

Bridges Bay Resort has a variety of activities. Guests can make a splash year-round at Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark, which includes waterslides, a lazy river, and a whirlpool. The resort also features four outdoor pools and a swim-up bar. For thrill-seekers, there is the SkyRyder Zipline. Additional amenities include the Wild Child Arcade, a basketball court, an outdoor children's play station, an outdoor shelter with gas grills, and a fitness center.
