The Schlussel restaurant serves fresh, uncomplicated cuisine, prepared with products such as cheese from neighboring alps and meats from local farmers. There is no written menu. The host proposes the daily menu at your table, adjusted to your preferences and dietary needs. A wide range of wines, mostly from Europe, are available.
