La Posada del Angel has 16 rooms, each with a private bathroom and satellite TV. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, and free Wi-Fi. Coffee and tea can be made in the room. Some rooms feature a private terrace with views of Ojén. The Terrace Rooms have a small private terrace with tables and chairs. The bathrooms of the Terrace Rooms have a bathtub. Superior Rooms include a double bed, a luxury sofa (can be converted into a 1.60 m wide double bed), a bathroom, and a small pantry. The Junior Suites have a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a luxury sofa (can be converted into a 1.60 m wide double bed).
Breakfast and Dining
The inn serves a breakfast buffet with coffee, tea, chocolate, and orange juice. The buffet includes various types of bread, toast, homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruits, homemade yogurt, cereals, cheese and Spanish ham, butter, oil, and tomatoes. Dinners are served a few times per week, with a daily special or a 3-course menu. During summer, a Paella Valenciana is prepared, which includes a tortilla española and crema catalana. Sangria and other drinks are included. Cappuccino, in calle José Meliá, serves lunch, dinner, and drinks.
Leisure Facilities
The patio, with Sevillian character, serves as the center of the inn. A swimming pool is available from April 1st to October 1st. An 'honesty-bar' offers drinks for a reasonable price. The hotel is less than 10 km from Marbella and some beaches. Guests can combine skiing in the Sierra Nevada with a glass of Sangria on sunny terraces. The national park of Sierra de las Nieves offers walks and 50 golf courses. A super fancy and delicious Mediterranean place.
Location and Access
La Posada del Angel is located in the white Andalusian village of Ojén, a 10-minute drive from the Costa del Sol. Malaga is 60 km away. Plaza Andalucía, near La Posada, is the center of the village. Ojén is near Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Cadiz and Jerez. Ojén has a large car park, directly next to the Centro Urbano , and less than 5 minutes walk from La Posada.
