The location near the tram stop was convenient.
My room faced the back and overlooked a rather dull courtyard. The 'view' was nonexistent. I found the lack of soundproofing noticeable.

friendly staff convenient location elevator assistance perfect room
The staff was notably friendly and helpful . The hotel is conveniently located near public transport. The receptionist assisted with luggage since the elevator did not reach my room's location. My room had three beds, perfect for my group.
The soundproofing could be improved. Corridor noise was sometimes audible.

i appreciated the tram stop across the street. there are bars, restaurants, stores, and a laundromat nearby. the staff was super polite and helpful and gave me tips where to eat.
the bathroom mirror was a bit too high for me.

The beautiful double room i stayed in was spacious and the bed was clean. the room temperature was good. It was not too hot, as some hotels can be. bedding felt comfortable and fresh.

friendly staff clean room missing window unsafe neighborhood
The staff were so so friendly, always ready with a helping hand. My room, a beautiful double room, was always clean each day .
The room had no windows, this. the neighborhood did not seem nice, i felt a little unsafe at NIGHT.

central location helpful staff daily cleaning
i appreciate the central location it offered. The tram stop outside was convenient. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and cleaning occurred daily, which i value.
the shower door design resulted in water spillage, i had to request extra towels daily. the light curtains let in too much light, this affected my sleep.
