central location, good service

central locationhelpful staffdaily cleaningwater spillage
i appreciate the central location it offered. The tram stop outside was convenient. Staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and cleaning occurred daily, which i value.
the shower door design resulted in water spillage, i had to request extra towels daily. the light curtains let in too much light, this affected my sleep.
Dining
8/10
i noticed the hotel offers a breakfast service. The breakfast includes both hot and cold selections, like pastries and eggs. The dining area appears well maintained and organised.
Rooms
9/10
my room included climate control and a television. The beds provided comfortable support, that was important. The presence of A large safe was an important bonus for storing electronics.
Facilities
9/10
wifi access was available and functioned adequately. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel. this makes access to the city center really easy, without walking distance.
Service
