some issues needing attention
cockroach incidentdamp smell
the lack of an elevator was a challenge with luggage. the pool area, it don't open until 11 a.m., a bit late for my liking. there was also a cockroach in my room. one staff member claimed to have removed it, but i found it again the next day. also the shower water leaked into the corridor.

i found the staff quite lovely. the breakfast included a nice dining space. the area is handy for transport and food options. i appreciated this convenience . there was a decent atmosphere.
i noted the door in our room was slightly damaged so it was hard to open at times, I think. the air con wasn't working well either, letting out just a little air. it's important to have these things in good condition.

The beds were very comfy. I definitely appreciated the air conditioning. It worked perfectly when temperatures reached over 30 degrees. The staff were excellent. They provided assistance and were very friendly during my entire stay.
The winding steps to the top floor proved a bit challenging after a night out.

My room featured a spacious balcony with a view.. The room cleaning happened every day, and the process was quick and seamless. Air conditioning worked perfectly , a really valuable feature.

The staff members are helpful and friendly. Communication prior to arrival was excellent. The reception staff offered assistance finding a suitable room based on my needs.

Breakfast included a hot choice with cheese, ham, and fruit. The hotel also featured a really nice terrace for breakfast. There was a great view from the terrace.
