worn furniture sink tap
The condition of the room was not great. I noticed lots of chipped, worn, and discolored furniture. It was disappointing. The kitchen sink tap FELL off when I went to use it. I think they need to do a better job with room maintenance.

the gym was equipped with several machines i used the treadmill. the room had a full kitchen including a dishwasher. the location was convenient i could easily walk to nearby attractions.
the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature in my room. the staff did not offer much information upon arrival no one welcomed me. i noticed some chipped furniture in the room it looked worn.

the room was spacious and clean. i especially appreciated the simple cooking utensils provided in the kitchen. the location is great, close to everything i needed. dave at the front desk was amazing!!! he was friendly and.
the gym could use some new equipment.

valet parking leisure facilities friendly staff efficient staff
the staff were friendly and helpful the valet parking was a fantastic bonus in such a busy location the pool and leisure facilities were great too the modern room was super clean and well-equipped. i especially appreciated the smooth teamwork i observed among the service staff they anticipated customer needs. the front desk staff were efficient.
the bathroom shower design could use a little improvement i noticed some water seeped onto the floor during my first shower otherwise everything was perfect.

the spa and pool facilities were quite adequate.
the air conditioning malfunctioned, and it could not be adjusted. breakfast offered pastries that tasted stale. furthermore, staff did not seem attentive to the guests needs or concerns.

The location is very convenient. I walked to Parliament easily. My room included a well-equipped kitchenette. It even had a washer and dryer, which I appreciated greatly. The service I received was very good .
I could hear some door slamming from the hallway into the room.
