Artisan kitchen, led by Executive Chef MacLean Fraser, provides fresh cuisine. A comprehensive Grazing menu is available seven days a week in the lobby and mezzanine. The lobby café serves locally roasted coffee and light meals Monday to Friday. High Tea in Artisan includes sweet and savory treats and TWG Tea, with a children's option available. The menu includes Coronation chicken sandwich, braised lamb vol-au-vent, feta cream, Parmesan custard tart, and pear scone with vanilla cream. Vegan options include Black olive and onion jam roll and Mushroom pâté open sandwich. Drinks upgrades include New Zealand sparkling wine and French Champagne.
