the staff IS really good. they are ALWAYS ready to assist with everything. i would point out the host natalia and chef demir are next level. they love what they do and it makes you feel at home. this hotel experience IS excellent because the owners' goal is to.
the gym is okay, but i found SOME equipment showing its age a bit.

the hotel territory reminded me of a well maintained garden. everything was there for a perfect picture. i visited in late june 2024 and stayed in a swim-up room. the sunny aspect of the spotlessly clean pool was a lovely start to each morning.
the sunbed area was sometimes busy. staff did try and accommodate all guests. i think the music was a bit intrusive sometimes.
