The location was perfect, a short walk led to shops and restaurants. the cleanliness was excellent. I found a fresh and modern decor in the rooms. the dedicated team deserves massive credit!!! every staff member was super helpful.

The coffee was served in plastic cups around the pool. I would have preferred real glasses.

the hotel rooms were very clean! the furnishings felt modern. Every staff member was helpful and dedicated. The entertainment team brought fun to the evenings. The location was great. It was close to shops and restaurants. The beach and a nature reserve were nearby. The receptionist offered tips for special beaches. there was also a wednesday evening market next to the hotel.

The food included fresh bread and a salad bar, this had olive oil and vinegar. A variety of fresh fruits were available. i particularly enjoyed the protein options, with paella being a highlight. a sushi night was an unexpected treat.

Staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were polite. the staff members are helpful. special mention to alvaro, he always greeted guests with a smile, no matter where he worked. This made for a cute atmosphere.
