worn towels traffic noise

My stay had some issues. The towels were worn and did not feel fresh. I found the traffic noise excessive. Sleep was difficult due to the constant sounds late into the night. The lack of soundproofing detracted from the experience.

I found the staff to be really helpful. They even helped me with directions. the breakfast was great (especially the fresh fruit!). i also liked that they offered unlimited chilled water.

my room faced the street, and there was noticeable traffic noise at night. maybe thicker windows would help.
