The hotel also provides three exclusive forest houses, each equipped with a minibar, coffee machine, a Swedish stove and a small terrace.
Trout-focused Dining
The Hotel & Spa Blausee offers multiple dining experiences, including organic trout from Blausee. A team of chefs prepares dishes with regional products. The art-nouveau restaurant serves dishes, and a 13 Gault&Millau-point menu is available in the evenings from 6:30 PM. The Blausee Café offers coffee, tea, and bagels. Picnics are available with cheese, sausages, bread, and fruit. The Sunday brunch takes place in the winter months from November to March, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

From Spiez, head towards Frutigen-Kandersteg. Alight at the 'Blausee BE stop if arriving by bus. There is a 300-meter path from the main entrance to Blausee.
