the staff were friendly. i received an upgrade to a superior room. the enhanced space offered a little more comfort.

the decor in the room was somewhat dated.

i got a twin room with a sea view (it was amazing!). the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. free parking on the front was excellent. the location is ideal, a minute from the tram stop, with chip shops, a pub, and a mcdonald's nearby.

the rooms are a little small (but perfectly adequate).

the twin room with sea view provided excellent value , and it was very clean. the bed proved quite comfortable. i found the free parking right in front of the hotel very convenient. i also enjoyed the proximity to the tram stop , which was only a minute away.

the coffee in the room had unfortunately expired some time ago.

the staff was really friendly. they asked if i needed anything , like toilet rolls or fresh towels. i had a twin room with a sea view, and it was like good value. free parking right on the front was excellent!!!

the windows had blown so there was a bad draft in the room. water was left in the kettle. coffee in the room was out of date, expired in january 2025. i was told to leave the key on the bar when checking out.
