Sutton Park Guest House provides rooms with free WiFi, ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Each room includes towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, a fan, and blackout curtains. Some rooms feature a fridge and microwave. Room options include: a room with two single beds; a room with a 5ft bed; a room with a 5ft bed and a Smart TV; a room with a 5ft king size bed and a set of 3ft wide bunk beds; a room with a 5ft king size bed; a room with a 5ft bed in the main room and a set of 4ft wide bunks in the adjoining room; suites with 2 inter-connecting rooms with a 4ft, 6in standard double size bed and a set of 4ft wide bunks. A travel cot or Moses basket can be requested in advance. Children up to 16 years of age are permitted in the bunk beds only. A put-you-up bed can be added to some rooms for £20.00.

Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor. Food is presented in the modern style dining room, which can be arranged to suit guests' needs. The breakfast menu includes a full English hot buffet, cereals, toast, nuts & seeds, seasonal fresh fruit, pastries, and crumpets. Coffee, specialty teas, and biscuits are available. Guests may choose to have drinks at the bar. There is a water cooler free of charge on the landing, and sweets.
