The front desk staff were helpful and willing to assist. The bell boys were quite helpful too. I found the location to be good, with many restaurants in front of the hotel.
The hotel food prices seemed a bit overpriced compared to what was offered.

The location was good, right on the beach. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and bars.
I stayed in a garden villa. It was very dated. I found the villa cleanliness to be an issue with dirt on the floor. There was also dust and dirt on the mirror and phone. The beds were too hard.

The resort had a beautiful pool area. i particularly enjoyed the convenient beachfront location and the availability of various restaurants nearby. the staff members were excellent, especially alan, who helped with luggage and transport to our room. He always seemed happy.
the breakfast service felt a bit disorganized. tables were not always cleared quickly, frustrating. food items also ran out and were not promptly replenished, it was an inconvenience.

the room offered a spacious balcony with mountain views. the air conditioning was effective, maintaining a cool temperature. the bed had a firm asian-style mattress, it was perfectly adequate.

The staff demonstrated excellent manners and were helpful. alan assisted us with our luggage and transportation to the room. heem and yob were particularly helpful. They provided us with great assistance.

I stayed in a villa garden view. it was quiet and had a nice patio. the air conditioning worked very well. It kept the room very cool. i really liked the free minibar. It was restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and snacks.
the breakfast buffet was a bit repetitive. i wished for more variety .

The room featured a large bed with good linens. It also included a separate seating area with a sofa and chairs. the bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were ample towels.

The hotel is close to several local restaurants and shops. the beach is easily accessible from the hotel. It is only a short walk. getting around was easy because taxis were readily available outside the hotel.

The hotel has a large pool with plenty of sun loungers. there is also a gym equipped with treadmills and weights. The gym was clean. i liked that the hotel provided free wi-fi throughout the hotel. It was convenient.
