Best Western Plus Hospitality House Suites provides apartment-style accommodations. Choose from one or two-bedroom suites. Suites include oak floors, 11-foot ceilings, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, and a kitchen. Kitchens are fully outfitted with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cookware for up to six people. Rooms also provide free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, a laptop-compatible safe, and free toiletries. All rooms are completely non-smoking. Guests receive a complimentary hot breakfast, local calls, and a newspaper daily. Penthouse apartments include hardwood floors, a terrace, and skylights. Bathrooms feature glass showers.

The room was GREAT! staff were WONDERFUL. I would definitely stay here again. The location was pretty good, a good amount of cupboard space was AVAILABLE.

The free breakfast didn't have EVERYTHING. hot chocolate machine was DOWN. Waffle machine was broken the ENTIRE time. bathroom tub was rusted out.

the location was central near many attractions it was convenient the staff were friendly and helpful holding our luggage after checkout i appreciated the spacious clean room that allowed us to bring back food and relax on the sofa after sightseeing breakfast offered good variety and was fresh and warm

staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful they stored our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight this was convenient and greatly appreciated they offered assistance with directions too

the hotel is within a 5-minute walk from two metro stations it is also 10 minutes from grand central i noted times square is just 15 minutes away making it easy to access key attractions

This hotel was in a great location! the staff was very friendly. Marilyn at the front desk was awesome. the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. i could cook steak and asparagus in my hotel room!

there was some weird gushing water sounds through the walls at night in the master bedroom.
