Hotel Kokkola offers 76 accommodations. Room options range from 20 m² Standard rooms with two 90 cm wide beds to 30 m² Suites. Family rooms (20 m²) have a double bed and a sofa bed. Family Suites (30 m²) feature a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Suites (30 m²) include a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room. Each room provides a 43-inch flat-screen TV with alarm and hotel information, a small cooler, a hairdryer, and free wireless internet. Comfort Double rooms include an electric fireplace, a kettle, and a coffee/tea set. Business rooms feature a recliner chair and movable laptop support. Upon request, guests can access children's cribs, irons/ironing boards, kettles, and table fans.

Guests can have an extensive breakfast buffet, including organic and local food products, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian alternatives, in the breakfast restaurant.
