Every room includes a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, mini refrigerator, and ironing facilities. Rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted. Rooms are located on the first and second floors. Some rooms offer a view of the parking lot, while others on the first floor have patios and those on the second floor have balconies with views of the grounds. Suites add separate bedrooms and living rooms, walk-in showers, and free toiletries. Select suites feature a fireplace, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, and Murphy beds. Some include Jacuzzi tubs and handcrafted leather furniture.

The Berlin Resort offers a complimentary hot continental breakfast. It includes waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, bananas, milk, cereal, toast, coffee, oatmeal, apples, juice, and tea. The breakfast is served from 7 AM to 10 AM. Complimentary coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate are available in the lobby 24 hours a day. There are no onsite restaurants.

Guests have access to a 17,000 square foot fitness facility, The Club at Berlin Resort, featuring cardio equipment, nautilus machines, free weights, indoor cycling, a racquetball court, sauna, and steam room. There is an indoor pool and whirlpool. The resort has a private movie theater with over 300 movie titles, showing family-oriented movies at 6 PM (G or PG) and PG or PG-13 movies at 8 PM. Outdoor amenities include Pitch & Putt golf greens, a Koi pond, and fire pits.
