a haven of warmth and care
attentive staff genuine concern
serkan and his team, notably duygu and ozan. They provided warm hospitality and tailored advice about local attractions. i felt so touched when they surprised me with a small cake. It was such a kind gesture.
The noise began early and lasted throughout the afternoon, disrupting the peace i had hoped for.

The staff exhibited really good courtesy. They were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. their prompt attention to requests created a cute atmosphere. their smiles were ALWAYS genuine.

fantastic stay near taksim square!
helpful staff many choices
the staff were helpful. i appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and its proximity to taksim square. plus, the breakfast had lots of choices.
the walls inside my room needed some attention. the bedroom felt smaller than expected.
