dining options security personnel
The hotel location worked well for tours. I found nice dining options nearby and the area was quiet at night. Security personnel were present at the hotel gate. Breakfast was delivered to my room. It consisted of toast, jam, and coffee.

charming stay!
helpful staff safe bag storage convenient washroom
the staff was very helpful and friendly. i really liked that they kept my bags safe on my last day. they even provided a washroom, so i could freshen up before my train trip!

The location is excellent. It is on a quiet residential street. the busy shopping market area is only a three-minute walk. leopold's cafe is also just a six-minute walk away.

my room was very big and had air conditioning. it also had an ensuite bathroom and a nice balcony. tea and coffee facilities were available in the room, which i found very useful.

breakfast came directly to my room, it included toast with jam and butter. this was a nice way to start my day. i also appreciated the security guard who was always present at the gate.

mixed feelings, some issues
mismatched room lack of clarity
The location was acceptable. It allowed convenient access to nearby attractions.
the room i received did not match the description i booked (i had booked an ac double room attached bathroom). instead, i was given a smaller room with a fan, but no attached bathroom.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
affordable travel friendly staff huge room perfect location
The hotel is easy to find and quite affordable. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was huge and it had a quiet balcony. It was good. The location is perfect!!! It is near a quiet residential street, near shops and eating places.
The breakfast consisted of just two pieces of toast and some jam.

Toast with condiments came to my room for breakfast. The delivered breakfast offered a nice, quick snack. Some dining options are nearby, great for travellers. Leopold's cafe is a short walk away.
