excellent stay in a superb location

superb location friendly staff diverse option helpful information

The location really worked. i was a short walk from major attractions such as the hagia sophia. it was convenient, saving time. the staff were always friendly and ready to assist me. they provided useful information. breakfast included diverse options. There were fresh dishes every morning. the room included a coffee and tea maker, which i found very helpful.

the wooden plank flooring amplified noise from other rooms, it made it hard to sleep.

the hotel is near popular tourist spots. i found the basilica cistern and topkapi palace within walking distance. there are numerous cafes and small shops surrounding the hotel, this added convenience. the bus terminal to the airport is also nearby.

the staff were always available to assist with any requests i had. i asked about local attractions and transportation options. they were very helpful. there was daily cleaning of the rooms, and it was done thoroughly.

clean room comfortable bed noise travel wooden flooring

the room was clean and big. the bed was comfortable , too. the location is good , close to the blue mosque.

the wooden plank flooring makes noise travel easily. i could hear people upstairs walking around at night , , made it hard to sleep.

early check helpful staff

ahmet greeted us at the hotel and helped with our heavy bags, he also gave us an early check in. the room was cleaned each day, i noticed the tea and coffee bar was restocked. the breakfast was standard and filled me each morning. the staff assisted with questions, they went the extra mile.

the wooden floors make noise easily, i could hear people moving upstairs at night. this made sleep difficult at times.
