Benchmark Inn provides guest rooms, each featuring a private exterior entrance. Rooms include a queen or king bed with W-Hotel-Mattresses, high-quality bedding, and comforter. Each room offers a tiled bathroom, hair dryer, and toiletries. Amenities include wireless internet, a flat-screen Smart TV/DVD with a DVD library, a refrigerator, a Keurig coffee & tea brewer, a mirrored closet with an iron and board, and a room safe. Each room has individual A/C and heat, a NEST smart thermostat, a ceiling fan, and dimmable lighting.

Dining at Benchmark Inn

Guests can select their breakfast from a menu the evening before. Coffee, tea, juice, fruit, and snacks are available until 8:00 PM. An expanded continental breakfast is available. The Inn simplifies breakfast by avoiding shared items, potentially offering individually packaged goods. Weather permitting, guests can have breakfast at their room's private outside space. In order to ensure sufficient space in the dining room and garden, the number of tables has been reduced. If necessary, fixed meal times are planned.

The inn offers a lush flower garden with outdoor seating. A semi-private deck offers water views. Provincetown's Beech Forest is a major resting stop for the semi-annual shore and seabird migration along the East Coast flyway. Cape Cod National Seashore Park provides access to ocean beaches, nature bike trails, and maritime history exhibits. Benchmark Inn is located on a quiet side street, a five-minute walk from Provincetown's center, close to restaurants, shops, art galleries, cafes, and nightlife on Commercial Street. The inn is 10 km from Provincetown Municipal Airport. Complimentary transportation to or from Provincetown's pier or airport is provided. Driving time from Boston or Providence is about two and a half hours. The inn is a short walk from MacMillian Wharf, Kennedy Gallery & Studios, and Commercial Street. The Sea Space Marine Discovery Center and Pilgrim Plaque are nearby.
