clean room helpful staff quick walk

i stayed in a standard twin room and it was really clean. the staff was so helpful with directions too. i grabbed coffee in the lobby every morning and it really kicked off my day. i totally loved the quick walk to the train!

the elevator was a bit slow, you know?

Mr. Ankit, the receptionist, was indeed helpful. The room was neat. The service was excellent, and they stored our luggage after checkout.

The ventilation seemed poor. Floor carpets in the corridors looked old. The location near a fast-moving road is not optimal for drivers.

convenient stay close to transport

friendly staff short walk

The staff were friendly and accommodating to requests. public transport is conveniently located nearby. The elizabeth line station is just a short walk away. this made travel to and from central locations simple.

The sink was cracked. Its condition detracted from the otherwise acceptable bathroom environment. this needs fixing.

The hotel provides standard amenities. The lift ensures access to all floors, though it is a little slow. i saw that the vending machine is stocked with basic snacks and drinks. These are available 24/7.

I saw the breakfast area. It is compact, but sufficient for a quick meal. there were tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room, it allowed for morning refreshments, and there were lots of nearby restaurants.

The room included a tv with multiple channels. There were many options for entertainment. a small desk and chair were available, the desk allowed for working comfortably. the room had blackout curtains.

The reception operates around the clock. This is good for late arrivals. staff are consistently available and ready to assist, i liked that. the check-in and check-out process was straightforward.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to public transport links. This makes getting around easier. several shops and restaurants are located nearby, those offer many choices for food and necessities. overall location is very good.

clean room prime location great tv

the rooms were super clean. the location is prime because it's right by the train station i found. i used their great tv with all the channels!

one of the hallways had rat traps i noticed.
