Breakfast had excellent options and was done perfectly.

I was surprised by the €60 per night charge for my small dog. Such a rate is excessive. I have never seen such a rate in a 5-star hotel.

friendly staff vegan options misleading room no balcony

the staff was super friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated vegan options for breakfast such as beans, hummus, and tofu.

i booked a room with a balcony, but not all rooms in this category have one. i felt a bit misled as i was expecting a guaranteed balcony with my room type (it was a superior double room).

i was grateful for the location directly on the lake. it allowed very easy access to the promenade for walks (i walked there every morning!).

the pool area felt quite small. it seemed too crowded at times (especially during peak hours).
