poor soundproofing excessive waiting
The room i booked lacked proper soundproofing. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. also, the beach bar needed more staffing. Waiting times for drinks were sometimes excessive. more personnel would improve service efficiency.

dirty floors empty minibar
I was excited about my stay. Supposedly, it is a five-star hotel so I had high hopes. The room they gave me seemed not ready. The floors were not vacuumed. I found hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower, so I felt disgusted. The minibar was empty upon my arrival, and I had to call to request it be stocked. I felt disappointed. I expect more from a five-star hotel.

a relaxing getaway
helpful staff diverse selection beach proximity
i found the staff helpful . they promptly addressed any questions i had. the main restaurant offered a diverse selection of foods, i especially enjoyed the themed dinner nights. the hotel's proximity to the beach was a definite plus!
the gym equipment seemed a bit dated, i felt there could be some upgrades.

the main dining area featured a buffet with a rotation of international cuisines. i saw a dedicated pasta station where chefs prepared dishes to order. a variety of fresh salads and fruits were consistently available.

The reception desk was staffed 24/7, i witnessed quick responses to guest inquiries. housekeeping provided daily service. Clean towels were always stocked.

the hotel featured two outdoor pools, one was specifically designated for adults. there were tennis courts available, i noted complimentary equipment rentals. the on-site spa offered a range of treatments, including massages and facials.
