the apartment was equiped WELL. it even had a nespresso machine with coffee pods, i found tea and milk in the fridge. the staff was helpful and kept the place super clean, which i apreciated.

i wanted 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, i paid more for it. my sister in law visited from another country, i wanted to give her a special room WITH A VIEW.

the apartment had a fabulous view of the harbour. it was a great size, perfect for families with kids. the location was close to cafes, restaurants, and the museum. i loved the free bike hire, and the staff were lovely.

i found the decor and facilities very tired. it was limited and dated. i expected more for the price charged. i also discovered cockroaches in the kitchen and a mouldy chopping board stored under the sink.

The noise was an issue, especially at night from the harbour. It was hard to sleep even with the windows closed. the lack of sun protection on the balconies really limited their use during the day, that was disappointing.

The location was good for the local restaurants and for town access. It was a short walk into town and to the train station. The staff was really friendly and very helpful.

The parking was paid on site. It was $15 a night to park on the street among public paid parking. It was hard to find a park remotely close to the room, with jetty access prioritized.
