Beaver Run Resort features 515 individually owned guest accommodations. Options range from hotel rooms and studios to one- and two-bedroom condominiums, plus executive suites. Standard rooms have two queen beds, a sitting area, a private bath, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. Petite rooms offer a smaller space with a shower, microwave, and coffee maker. Studios feature a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette with a mini-refrigerator. Breckenridge Studios include an open floor plan, a full-size refrigerator, and an enhanced living room area. Colorado Suites provide a fireplace, a private balcony, and an efficiency kitchen. Summit Suites offer a larger space with a wood-burning fireplace, a private balcony, and a full-size refrigerator. One-bedroom condos include a full kitchen, a fireplace, and a balcony. Two-bedroom condos feature a master bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a full kitchen. Three- and four-bedroom suites connect a two-bedroom townhome to hotel rooms via a spiral staircase, with each bedroom having a private bathroom. The Alpenglow Suite, on the top floor of Building 1, includes a large living room, a gourmet kitchen, and space for up to 12 guests. The Premium Corporate Suite has a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony with ski lift views. The Imperial Suite offers a gourmet kitchen and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Beaver Run Resort provides multiple dining options. Base 9 Bar, open year-round, features nightly happy hours, a martini list, regional beers, and wine. For New Year's Eve, Coppertop offers views of The Torchlight Parade and the Fireworks. Spencer's hosts a tasting menu dinner for the holiday. Beaver Run Resort has amenities for relaxation and recreation. Guests have access to two pool areas, including nine outdoor hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool in Building 3, plus a hot tub, pool with grilling area, and indoor sitting area with a fireplace in Building 4. The Spa at Beaver Run, at the base of Peak 9, provides facials and other treatments, outdoor soaking tubs, and a saltwater pool in a courtyard with lounge chairs and heated sidewalks. Guests can relax in the oxygen lounge during oxygen therapy. There is also an arcade with video games and mini-golf.

Beaver Run Resort is located at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, Colorado, a few blocks from Main Street. The resort provides ski-in/ski-out access via the Beaver Run SuperChair. Buildings 1, 2, and 3 are located across from the Beaver Run SuperChair, connected by indoor walkways and skywalks. Building 4 is slopeside, next to the Beaver Run SuperChair. The resort is two hours west of Denver International Airport via Interstate 70. The in-town shuttle offers transport to the downtown historic district and the Breckenridge Gondola station. Public parking is available outdoors for a fee through Breck Park.
