How can I get from Charles de Gaulle Airport to the hotel, and what is the travel time to the city center?

The hotel is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport using public transport. Take the RER B train to Cité Universitaire, then transfer to tram T3A to Brancion station. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from there. To reach the city center, the metro line 13 is just 3 minutes away and takes about 30 minutes to key destinations like the Eiffel Tower and Champs-Élysées.
